Journal of Law

Jurnal Regmentery : This journal is published for disseminating ideas, research findings, and critical analyses in the field of legal studies. It is published twice a year (January and July)this is  going through a double-blind peer review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board€™s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation.

The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers, and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles with A legal study focused on regulation, governance, and the dynamics of legal application within pluralistic societies, in both national and international contexts. The scope of the articles published in this journal deals with a broad range of topics in the fields of  Constitutional and Administrative Law, Human Rights Law, Governance and Legal Pluralism, Environmental and Sustainability Law, Health Law and Bioethics, Civil Law, Economic and Business Law, Intellectual Property Law, Tax and Public Finance Law, Islamic Finance and Banking Law, Criminal Law, Cyber ​​and Digital Technology Law, Religious Jurisprudence, Customary Law and Local Wisdom, Customary Institution Law, International Law, Ocean and Maritime Law, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Law.

Reglementary: Journal of Law* serves the gap between the evolution of legal theory and legal practice as it unfolds within society, state institutions, and the global community. The journal encourages normative, empirical, and socio-legal approaches to make relevant academic contributions toward the development of a legal system that is just, responsive, and sustainable.

Reglementary: Journal of Law* accepts research articles, conceptual papers, analyses of jurisprudence, and legal policy studies from academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and policymakers. All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the scientific quality, originality, and academic contribution of every published article.

This journal is published biannually and is committed to upholding the principles of scholarly publication ethics in accordance with the standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). With this orientation, *Reglementary: Journal of Law* aims to serve as a credible academic reference and to contribute to strengthening legal discourse and practice in Indonesia and the international arena.
