Article Submission
Authors are not required to pay an article submission fee during the manuscript submission and review process.

Article Publication
If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be required to pay an article publication charge to cover editorial processing and publication costs.

The publication charge applies only after the manuscript has completed the review process and received an acceptance decision.
