Jus et Civitas: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat applies a fully open access policy. All published articles are freely accessible, readable, downloadable, and shareable by anyone without any charge.

Through this policy, the journal aims to:

  • Enhance the dissemination of legal knowledge to a broader audience.

  • Promote academic collaboration, legal practice, and community service.

  • Support the principle of equitable access to scholarly information.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right to publish under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This allows:

  • Users to copy, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the article, even for commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original author(s).

There are no reader fees and no article processing charges (APCs) for authors.
